Quotes from this website are a guide. We confirm the final price in the shop before starting any repair, and we won't do any work you haven't agreed to.

Please back up your phone and remove SIM and memory cards before handing it over. Some faults are only found once a phone is opened; if so we will contact you before doing more.

Please collect repaired phones promptly. We'll contact you if a phone is left with us for a long time.

Sales are made in store only. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
